Dear Friends,
I have been so excited to meet lots of new friends in the past month. From Melbourne and Geelong to Perth and Albany and lots of children in Sydney too. My best grown up friend, Jacqueline Harvey has been travelling and talking a lot too, so she’s looking forward to a little bit of time at home until we head off on some more adventures to Alice Springs, Adelaide, the Melbourne Writers’ Festival and later this year we are going back to Singapore and England. It’s busy being a writer and of course there are stories to be written too.
I can’t wait to be able to show you the covers of my next two books, which are going to be out in Australia in September this year. They’re not quite ready yet so you’ll have to check back in a little while but in the mean time, Clementine Rose has a new story coming in May (just a couple of weeks away). The cover is gorgeous and it’s called Clementine Rose and the Perfect Present. I think Lavender looks adorable in her jumper which matches Clementine’s. I hope that lots of my friends are becoming her friends too.
