    Hi Jacqueline,
OMG! I can’t wait until the Melbourne high tea! Mum said we could go but we might be busy. I live in Ararat, 2 hours away from Melbourne. We have family there so we don’t have to pay for accommodation. Sounds like fun!

    hi Jacqueline,
I’m so excited! my dad said that I might be able to come, as I live near Footscray so it isn’t to far away. I really hope that I can make it. I have all of your Alice-Miranda books so far and would really love to get into the Clementine Rose series. I am 13 years old and lots of people think that it is babyish and cute to still be reading Alice-Miranda books, but I will never stop reading them. will there be a chance for you to sign my copies of the Alice-Miranda series?
thank you for being one of my favourite authors and an inspiration to all girls.
    love Saffron.

      Dear Saffron,

I really hope you can come along. You’re not my oldest fan by a long way. I still have girls who are 15 and 16 coming to events. I don’t think it matters how old you are – I know grandparents who adore the stories too! Of course I will sign your books – I can’t wait to meet you. Please make sure that you say you’re Saffron who has written on the blog (although I don’t think I have met too many Saffron’s before (I love that name!).

      See you soon.

      Best wishes,

      Hi Holi,

Alice-Miranda has been optioned to be made into a television series. At the moment the company is in what they call pre-production and they’re trying to work out whether to do a live action series or an animation. I will post any details as soon as they are available but these things can take quite a long time to come to fruition. So watch the blog and I’ll let you know if there is any news.

      Best wishes,
      Jacqueline

That’s a pity but of course I understand that being Ramadan you have particular customs to observe. I hope to see you another time.
