Just recently I became aware of a fabulous competition for budding young filmmakers in association with the Sydney Opera House. All you need is a great idea and a little bit of time to fill out the application and if your story is selected then you get to actually make the film, alongside some professionals. Here are the details from the Opera House website. The deadline has been extended but it’s still really soon – so don’t delay and this competition is only open to students aged 12-18.
